TikJoy is a marketing technology platform that turns customers and creators into a brand's distribution channel — and pays them real money for it. We build the infrastructure that lets any brand run creator content on TikTok, talk to customers on WhatsApp, and send instant cash rewards, without an agency and without stitching together five different tools.
What we build
UGC content on TikTok, pay-per-view. Real creators produce videos for your brand and publish them on their own TikTok profiles. You pay only for the views those videos actually generate, and every video stays in a library you own.
Official WhatsApp Business API. TikJoy operates as a WhatsApp Business API provider with a 24/7 AI concierge on top: it answers from your own catalog, understands voice notes in 10+ languages, applies per-industry compliance guardrails, and escalates to humans when it should. Inbound, opt-in, GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Cashback API. One API call sends an automatic cashback to any consumer or creator — SEPA bank transfer in the EU, local payment rails elsewhere — with custom triggers and a real-time dashboard. It works standalone or as the payout engine behind everything else we do.
JoyBack. Our own reward mechanic: cashback triggered by social actions instead of purchases. A TikTok login or a WhatsApp opt-in pays out right away; sharing a video, likes and comments are credited once the engagement is verified. It looks like cashback to the user — but it funds attention before the sale, not after it.
How we think about marketing
Most marketing spend buys promises: impressions that may not be seen, posts that may not perform. We build the opposite — a model where brands pay for verified outcomes (a real view, a real opt-in, a real share) and where the people generating those outcomes get paid too. When the incentives of the brand, the creator and the customer point the same way, growth compounds.
