If a video fails to generate engagement, the user will not receive cashback for that content. However, if it’s the user's first login with the brand and they’ve shared their profile information via TikTok or WhatsApp, they will still receive a login cashback reward.

At the end of each month, Tik Joy provides a detailed accounting document showing remaining funds and cashback distributed as user rewards.
